Meet the Team

Shari, Front Office

I have worked in a variety of Dental Practices during the past 23 years both as a Dental Assistant and in the Front Office. The combined experience has taught me not only the many facets of dentistry, but above all, to truly appreciate working with Dr. Boettcher. He has a remarkable way of treating everyone around him with the utmost dignity. For me, that is a special quality that makes me feel privileged and grateful for the opportunity to work along with him and his staff.

I have lived in the greater Puget Sound area for the majority of my life. I truly appreciate the beauty of the Pacific Northwest as a wonderful backdrop for great outdoor fun. I enjoy camping, hiking, snow skiing, and windsurfing. But I would have to say that above all I love international travel.

Sara, Dental Assistant

I have been a dental assistant for the past 23 years. I enjoy my job because I love to make people feel comfortable and it is really rewarding to see how happy we can make our patients feel with their "new smiles". It has been fun working with Dr. Boettcher for the past 10 years because he is very particular about his work, he wants to help each one of his patients feel just as proud of their smiles as he does.

I grew up in Vermont but my husband Tim and I chose to raise our two boys, Zach and Garrett, here in Washington. We are active church members and in my spare time I enjoy sports, exercising, cooking, and most of all spending time with my family.

Linda, Registered Dental Hygienist

I have been a member of Dr. Boettcher's staff since 1999. I respect Dr. Boettcher and admire his dedication to his patients. As a team, we strive to provide the best patient care and comfort, support each other and keep the lines of communication open. I am truly grateful and satisfied to be part of such a dynamic and fun practice.

I was born and raised in Moses Lake, Washington. I enjoy reading, watching TV, movies, and shopping. I received my Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene from Sacramento City College in 1988 and my Bachelor of Science in Health and Safety Studies from California State University, Sacramento. I am an active member in the American Dental Hygienists' Association, Washington Dental Hygienists' Association, and the Lake Washington Dental Hygienist's Society. And I am currently serving as an Affiliate in Dental Practice in the Department of Periodontics at the University of Washington.

Sherrill, Registered Dental Hygienist

I graduated from the University of Washington in 1980 with a Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene. Hygiene is a rewarding profession for me when I can help educate a patient to make life-long changes to improve their health. During all of life's challenges Dr. Boettcher has always been truly kind and very supportive. Because of his sincere loyalty with his staff and patients I have worked for Dr. Boettcher for 21 of my 27 years as a Hygienist.

I live on the eastside with my Husband Mark, our daughter Laura, and our two dogs Duke and Tina. Our son Scott visits us when he can break away from his studies at Pacific Lutheran University. My family is very important to me and I enjoy spending time with them whether we are wake boarding on Lake Washington in the summer or up in the mountains snow skiing during the winter. I also enjoy knitting and working out at the gym.

Julie, Registered Dental Hygienist

I have been working in the dental field for over ten years and I can honestly say that I truly love my career as a Dental Hygienist.  I enjoy the relationships I am able to build with my patients and enjoy making an impact on their health. And in the effort for constant improvement I am always learning about new technology and the latest research that can help me address any dental issues my patients may experience.  Working with Dr. Boettcher and his staff is such a treat for me.  Dr. Boettcher is dedicated to quality dental care and fostering life long relationships with his patients.  In addition to being gentle with his patients he treats his staff with consideration and kindness.

While I grew up in Eastern Washington, spent some time in the Portland area, I can truly say that I have found my home here on the Eastside.  I enjoy snowboarding, hiking, tubing on the river, and finding new and “tasty” restaurants to try on the weekends.  However, in the spring I spend nearly every weekend watching my son's little league games. And while I travel frequently to visit friends and family living in various parts of Washington I spend most of my long vacations with my nieces in Florida.
